Four Tiers, One Standard: Matching MVA Severity to Your Practice

November 2, 2026 Nexus Legal Group

Standard, Catastrophic, Commercial and Commercial Catastrophic tiers.

Not every firm wants the same MVA docket. A practice built for trucking and catastrophic injury should not be paying for soft-tissue volume, and a high-volume practice needs steady, documented matters. Nexus Crash lets you choose the tiers that match your practice.

The four tiers:

■   Nexus Crash Standard: MVA with emergency response, hospital transport and bodily injury. Steady, documented matters for a core PI practice.

■   Nexus Crash Catastrophic: a listed catastrophic injury or fatality, with direct transport from the scene to a hospital. For firms built to handle life-changing injuries.

■   Nexus Crash Commercial: a commercial vehicle involved, with commercial coverage and hospital transport. Access to higher policy limits.

■   Nexus Crash Commercial Catastrophic: a commercial vehicle and coverage plus a listed catastrophic injury or fatality. For trucking and catastrophic practices.

■   Criteria checked before delivery: tier criteria are confirmed against the record, so you receive the severity you chose.

■   Same-tier replacement: a delivered matter that misses the agreed criteria is replaced in the same tier, with written notice within 14 days.

You focus your budget where your firm earns, and your attorneys work the matters they are built for.
