Consent-First MVA Live Transfers and New Client Matters

Real crashes. Real matters.

Nexus Crash connects your firm with recent, record-verified MVA claimants who asked for legal help. Take them as a live call to your intake team, or as a complete file with your engagement documents already signed.

The Nexus Crash difference

Verified MVA matters, sourced the right way.

Most MVA lead vendors sell the same anonymous web inquiry to several firms. Nexus Crash works differently. Every matter starts from recent, official crash report data, and no firm is named until the claimant asks for legal information and agrees to be contacted.

Qualified claimants come to your intake team as live transfers or as new client matters, sorted into four tiers, and move through a compliance framework built around state rules, where lawful and appropriate.

How Nexus Crash compares

Shared-lead vendors
Nexus Crash
Anonymous web form, often sold to several firms
Crash report data from a law-enforcement-owned data provider
Contact pitched as legal help from the first call
Nonprofit wellbeing call first, with no legal content
Little proof of what happened or when
Documented accident no more than three days old at data entry
Consent is a checkbox
Recorded consent that names your firm
Our promise

Every matter is real, recent, consented and documented.

Verified origin

Every matter traces to crash report data, not an anonymous web form, with a documented chain from record to request.

Recent and timely

Matters enter the program while documentation is freshest: accidents no more than three days old.

Consent-first

No firm is named until the claimant affirmatively requests legal information and agrees to contact.

Compliance-led

Built around state-by-state rules, where lawful and appropriate, with ongoing compliance monitoring.

Matched by severity

Four tiers, so your firm receives the matters that fit its practice.

Program criteria

Every matter, in every tier, meets these criteria.

01

The accident was no more than three days old when its crash report data entered the program.

02

Emergency services responded, and the claimant was taken to a hospital or emergency facility.

03

The claimant was not at fault and has not hired an attorney for the accident.

04

The at-fault party has insurance coverage.

05

No settlement has been paid on the bodily injury claim.

06

The accident falls within your geographic and campaign criteria.

The three-day window measures the age of the accident when its data enters the program. It is not a contact deadline.

Four tiers

Match severity to your practice.

Nexus Crash is the master program. Four plain tiers sit beneath it, so you choose the volume and severity your firm wants.

Tier 1

Nexus Crash Standard

Bodily injury arising from the accident.

  • Emergency response and hospital transport
  • All program criteria met
Tier 2

Nexus Crash Catastrophic

A catastrophic injury or fatal outcome, with direct transport from the scene to a hospital.

  • Listed catastrophic injury or fatality
  • Direct scene-to-hospital transport
Tier 3

Nexus Crash Commercial

A commercial vehicle was involved, the at-fault party has commercial insurance coverage, and the claimant sustained bodily injury.

  • Commercial vehicle involved
  • Commercial coverage confirmed
Tier 4

Nexus Crash Commercial Catastrophic

A commercial-vehicle accident with commercial insurance coverage and a catastrophic injury or fatal outcome, with direct transport from the scene.

  • Commercial vehicle and coverage
  • Listed catastrophic injury or fatality

How a matter reaches your firm

From crash report data to your intake desk.

01

Report acquisition

On receipt

Crash report data from a law-enforcement-owned data provider. Only accidents no more than three days old are accepted.

02

Review and matter build

1–2 business days

Identity, injury indicators and liability facts are extracted. Commercial vehicles are flagged with carrier and USDOT detail.

03

Outreach and response

Days to about two weeks

After any applicable waiting period, live agents place a nonprofit wellbeing call with no legal content.

04

Intake and screening

1–2 business days

Facts are cross-checked against the report, representation status is verified, and the matter is screened to your criteria.

05

Records and packet

3–5 business days

Medical authorization, supporting records and insurance information; then your engagement documents are prepared.

06

Signature and delivery

1–5 business days

Documents go out for e-signature. Once executed, the complete file is delivered to your firm.

Live transfers skip stages 5 and 6. The claimant is transferred to your intake line once screening is complete, ordinarily about one to two weeks from report order.

Two clocks. Campaign setup runs 14 to 21 days. First live transfers ordinarily arrive around weeks three to five, and first new client matters around weeks three to six.

Education-first outreach

The first call is about wellbeing, not a law-firm pitch.

The first live contact is a nonprofit safety and wellbeing call. It focuses on post-crash wellbeing and non-legal resources. Your firm is named only after the injured person asks for legal information and consents on a recorded call.

  • No firm is identified during the education-first conversation
  • No legal advice, no matter value and no fees discussed
  • Recorded consent that names your firm
  • Same-day suppression check before any contact
  • Applicable state waiting periods honored
  • Live agents only, with no artificial or prerecorded voice

No outcome-based fees

Fees are fixed by tier and set in advance. Nothing depends on matter value, settlement or recovery, and no one shares in a legal fee.

Pay for what is delivered

An initial deposit is applied to your first deliveries. After that, you are invoiced weekly only for what was delivered.

Same-tier replacement

A matter that misses the agreed criteria is replaced in the same tier, with written notice within 14 days of delivery.
